Below steps to be followed in order:

1.     Check the Date and time

2.     If the date or time is different consider changing the same

Restart the computer and check the browser

If the issue still persists:

1.     Open Internet Explorer

2.     Click on settings>>Internet Options

3.     Click on the Advanced tab

4.     Click on Reset

6.     Once the trusted sites is highlighted, Click on the sites

7.     Add the website your trying to open

8.     Restart the IE and try the open
