How to Create a new user account.

To create a new user account:

  1. Open CMD Prompt...
  2. On Windows XP, click the Start button, then open up Run..., and type in "cmd" and click OK.
  3. On Windows Vista or Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10, click Start, search for "cmd" and press Enter.
  4. Add username and password
  5. Now, in the command prompt window, type:
  6. net user /add [username] [password]
  7. Press Enter
